Due to an upgrade of the Banner database server, the
DegreeWorks server, Internet Native Banner, and Self Service sections of the
portal (Registrar, Student Financial Services, Human Resources, Finance, and
Alumni) will be unavailable from 7 a.m. on Sunday, March
16 through 8 a.m. Monday, March 17. While not anticipated, system downtime
could extend past the Monday deadline. For more information, please contact
the Help Desk at 573-651-4357.
During this period, class web sites normally accessed via the My Courses tab
can be reached via the alternate link https://courses.semo.edu/login.
Moodle can be reached via the link https://learning.semo.edu.
This secure site provides currently enrolled students, faculty and staff
with world-class Intranet and Internet services. Among other
things, students can register for courses, check e-mail,
access class Web sites, maintain a personal calendar and
participate in portal groups. The faculty can access courses,
enrollments, grade submission and ways to correspond with
students. The Staff Tab provides the opportunity to access
forms, register for professional development and wellness
activities as well as a link to the employee handbook.
MySoutheast Portal services are unavailable
from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. for backups. Self
Service sections of the portal
(Registrar, Student Financial Services, Human
Resources, Finance, and
Alumni) are also unavailable Sundays from 7:00
a.m. to 9:00 a.m. due to
backups and maintenance.
